- What does Pro unlock?
- Pro opens every session across all four guided paths — Chord Fluency, Lead & Scales, and Rhythm & Groove in full. That's the complete coaching system: 70 sessions across all four skill areas, with tune-ups keeping each area sharp as you progress. Progress syncs across devices.
- Is there a free trial for Pro?
- The free plan is a permanent starting point, not a time-limited trial. You can use the Fretboard Fluency path and supporting tools indefinitely without a credit card. Upgrade to Pro when you're ready to continue into the other paths.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- You can cancel any time from your Account page — no need to contact us. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period, then your account moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.
- I upgraded but I'm still seeing the free tier.
- Try signing out and back in — that refreshes your session and picks up the new access level. If it still looks wrong after that, email support@steadystrum.com and we'll sort it out immediately.
- What happens to my progress if I cancel?
- Your completed sessions, tune-up schedule, and tool history all stay in your account. If you downgrade from Pro, the path sessions that require a subscription will be locked again, but your progress is saved and picks back up if you reactivate.
- The confirmation email never arrived.
- Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, go back to the sign-up screen and request a new one. Still nothing? Email support@steadystrum.com with the address you used and we'll confirm your account manually.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes — if you're not happy within 7 days of your first charge, email support@steadystrum.com for a full refund. No questions asked.
