Feeling Uninspired

For the past few weeks, I haven't felt much like playing guitar (or writing, for that matter). Every once in a while, this happens. I'm not really in a rut, I just lack the energy and inspiration to pick up the guitar and play.

Sometimes listening to some great guitarists will give me the inspiration and push I need to grab the guitar. Other times, watching a show will help inspire me. Sometimes, it just takes some time away from the guitar to make me want to grab it again.

Do this ever happen to you? What do you do to get past it?
